The discussion centered around the following items:

1. Debra Somerhalder wrote a letter to Dr. Bozzomo asking the district to pay the T1 charges until WAN is in place. We are waiting for a reply.
2. Barbara Schmid is meeting with Linda Kamzelski this week and will receive information on the status of the WAN.
3. A list of all in kind donations is in the process of being created.
4. We have received 13 CPU’s from the UPMC/Pathology Department as a donation. We still need keyboards and monitors for them. We will give Mr. Marshalek, who works for FORE Systems, a wish list for the keyboards and monitors. We will also place a request for used computers in the News N Notes (weekly newsletter that is sent to parents).
5. We are in need of computer carts. They have been place in the AV budget (wish list) for next year. They may be cut from the budget.
6. A better projection system is needed for teaching the web to a class.
7. A discussion of when to migrate our home page to North Allegheny’s home page. We will talk to Fang He about when we should do it.
