ANATOMY OF AN E-MAIL MESSAGE

  1. A quick way to find out where mail is coming from is to look in the title bar of the message (No. 1, 3, and 4). You will see the first few letters of the sender's name -- in this case, is PATANNCRAW.
  2. Recipient of the message (No. 2 and 5).
  3. Sender's E-mail address (No. 3).
  4. Exact date and time the message was sent (No. 4).
  5. Subject of the message (No. 6).
  6. The boday of the message (No.7).
  7. Sender's signature (No. 8).
