A Plan for Staff In-Service NET SURFING WITH NETSCAPE The Directory Menu This menu contains links to several sets of pages maintained by the Netscape team. These include: The 'Welcome" page-- Netscape's own 'home page' "What's Cool" list of cool Web sites. "What's New" list of new Web sites. "Go to Newsgroups": if you're configured for a NNTP server in Preferences, you can read your USENET newsgroups through Netscape! Several other World Wide Web directories and information services. NOTE: The menu items under Directory are exactly the same as the Directory Buttons, if you have the Directory Buttons showing under Options. Since you can get to them from this menu, we like to turn the Directory Buttons off so you have a little more display room for Web pages.
