Good faith, common sense, and reasonableness are necessary for a proper interpretation of this Code of Conduct. Questions regarding interpretation may be addressed to the building administrator. When appropriate, other district documents such as Student Handbooks, Administrative Procedures and School Board Policy may serve to interpret and clarify this Code of Conduct. Copies of Title 22, Chapter 12 of the Pennsylvania School Code "Student Rights and Responsibilities" are available in the school libraries.
